Position Title Partner
Reports To Shareholder, Emerging Practices
Employment Law Partner will serve as a senior member of our Emerging Practices group, handling complex matters while providing management, mentoring, and strategic oversight within the practice area. This role is intended for a senior, employer-side employment attorney with significant litigation and consultative experience who brings a portable book of business of at least $500,000. This position will play a key role in advancing the firm’s employment practice, supporting firm leadership, mentoring attorneys, and delivering exceptional service to clients. Partners are expected to be trustworthy, reliable, and consistently deliver high-quality legal services while upholding the firm’s values, vision, and mission. This role requires a proven track record of handling complex legal matters, a collaborative leadership mindset, and a commitment to contributing positively to firm culture, growth, and reputation

Requirements
The firm’s expected salary range for this position is $225,000-$275,000. Actual salary will be determined based on education, experience, internal equity and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. Higher compensation is possible depending on size of portable book of business. The firm offers benefits including comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement savings, and paid time off and holidays.

At management’s discretion, the employee may be assigned different or additional duties from time to time. Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
