Neostella is investing heavily in the growth of our partner ecosystem. As our products, services, and marketplace offerings continue to evolve, strategic partnerships have become an increasingly important driver of growth, innovation, and customer value.
This role exists because we need a proactive, business-minded professional focused on identifying, recruiting, and developing relationships with technology vendors, integration partners, consultants, and other organizations that strengthen the Neostella ecosystem. Your work will directly impact our ability to create new revenue opportunities, and deliver even greater value to our customers.
We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to help grow and strengthen Neostella’s network of strategic and application partners.
You’ll be responsible for identifying prospective partners, building relationships, evaluating partnership opportunities, and helping bring new partners into the Neostella ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership teams, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our marketplace, integration network, referral channels, and strategic alliances.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and creating partnerships that drive mutual success. It also offers the opportunity to represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and through business travel to cultivate strategic partnerships and expand Neostella's partner ecosystem.
We’re looking for a highly motivated relationship builder with strong business development instincts and a passion for creating meaningful partnerships. The ideal candidate is comfortable networking, presenting value propositions, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborating across teams to drive results.
