Hello! 👋
At Factorial, we believe our partner ecosystem is one of the biggest drivers of international growth. That's why we're looking for a Partner Demand Generation Manager to build and scale marketing programs that generate pipeline through our partner network across UKI Market.
Your mission is simple: help our partners generate demand, create qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. You'll work at the intersection of Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales, enabling our reseller ecosystem with impactful campaigns, events, content, and co-marketing initiatives tailored to the market. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enjoys working across cultures, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Ready to be part of the challenge?
⚡ Heads Up: For this role, UKI market experience and native-level English proficiency is essential. If you are not a native speaker yet have expert-level command of the language, we still encourage you to apply! However, direct experience working in SaaS partner/channel marketing, targeting the UKI market, is a mandatory requirement.
Our Channel team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.
Own and execute the partner demand generation strategy across Middle East, Caribbean, and SEE, driving qualified pipeline through indirect channels.
Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including events, webinars, email, digital/paid campaigns, ABM, and local activations.
Develop and execute market-specific marketing plans, adapting Factorial's global strategy to local market dynamics, partner maturity, and business priorities.
Build partner marketing playbooks, campaign kits, and enablement materials, ensuring consistency with Factorial's brand, positioning, and messaging.
Own Marketing Development Plans (MDPs) with partners, including quarterly initiatives, budgets, pipeline targets, and success metrics.
Collaborate closely with Partnership Account Executives and Sales teams to align on ICP, messaging, partner priorities, lead quality, and pipeline goals.
Work with partners to identify opportunities to activate their customer base, generate new demand, and accelerate pipeline creation
Monitor campaign performance across the funnel and continuously optimize initiatives based on data and insights, with a strong focus on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
Manage partner marketing budgets, timelines, agencies, and external vendors to ensure successful execution.
Support partner onboarding and activation, helping partners understand how to leverage marketing to generate demand and accelerate growth.
Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing processes, frameworks, and playbooks and scale successful initiatives across markets.
Work cross-functionally with global Marketing, Content, SEO, Paid, Events, and Sales teams to maximize the impact of partner-led demand generation.
Build the foundations for future UKI ownership, bringing your UKI market knowledge and experience into the wider Partner Marketing strategy and preparing to take on additional market responsibility as the business evolves.
3–5 years of experience in demand generation, partner/channel marketing, or B2B marketing roles, ideally within SaaS or technology.
Professional experience working with the UKI market, with a strong understanding of its B2B/SaaS landscape, customer dynamics, and partner ecosystem.
Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, email, digital/paid, ABM, content, and partnerships.
Experience working with indirect sales models, such as resellers, distributors, referral partners, or other channel partners.
Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams and translate marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue.
Strong commercial mindset: you care about business impact, not just leads or marketing activity
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across different markets simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and pipeline KPIs.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where priorities can evolve quickly.
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
Native-level English proficiency or equivalent professional fluency. Other languages are a plus.
Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or other technology environments
Experience working across international or emerging markets.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
Experience managing Partner Marketing Funds (MDFs) or Marketing Development Plans (MDPs).
Previous customer-facing or commercial experience.
Experience developing partner enablement materials, campaign playbooks, or co-marketing programs
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with external partners.
