Your Role

Within our Partner & Client Services Team, you play an active part in the development of our Private Clients business on the Italian market in providing full support in our daily life-insurance contract administration, while meeting high compliance standards and following strict processes and deadlines.

Your main scope of action will include:

• Performing accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing, and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document Management
• Following up the onboarding of the new clients (life insurance contracts) together with our external partners and sales team
• Proactively supporting our clients, our partners, and our sales team in a timely manner
• Analyzing partners and clients’ requests by applying Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures
• Assist the team on special projects, tasks, etc. under your scope of action

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field

• Business fluency in Italian and English. Any other European language is an asset

• A first experience in insurance is a strong asset

• First experience in the financial sector is an asset

• Highly accurate, organized, reliable and client-oriented

• Dynamic, flexible, autonomous and with team-playing ability
