Partner Business Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Partner Business Manager (PBM) to join our commercial channel team in The Netherlands. As a PBM, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with our most strategic partners. You will be the central point of contact for partner management and sales teams, responsible for driving partner satisfaction and maximizing business growth opportunities.
Your main objective will be to align the key strategic direction of HP with our partners, working together to develop profitable business growth. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with all levels within the partners' organization is key to establishing HP as the preferred vendor within the assigned partners.

Key Responsibilities:
RELATIONSHIP BUILDER.
Develop and manage relationships on all levels within the partner organization
Act as the single point of contact
Manage the virtual team to drive execution
BUSINESS DEVELOPER.
Develop the business of the partner in line with HPs’ key proposition and strategic direction
Use data insights to address market opportunities
Take ownership of the joint sales and marketing plan in close collaboration with the partner, ensuring execution that directly contributes to revenue and business growth
Organize product and skill trainings for partner’s staff to improve knowledge/skills.
SALES ENABLER.
Drive pipeline and sales process on all partner led sales opportunities
Assist partners in opportunity management
Map partner customers to HP end-user sales coverage and facilitate cooperation where relevant.
Implement and promote the efficient use of HP (sales) tools within partners.
BUSINESS LEADER
Lead the joint business planning (JBP) process (long-term joint business plan & short-term quarterly activity plan)
Monitor major competitors and their share of business in assigned partners. (RAD)
Drive partner profitability using HP Partner Program (Amplify)
Mange the overall business and provide detailed predictable sales forecast
Drive predictable, data-driven forecasting and performance reviews

Reporting lines and links:
As a PBM you report to the Commercial Channel Manager and work in close cooperation with category, sales, channel marketing and other specialist to support you in your work.
Education and experience required:
We are recruiting a PBM to support a small set of strategic partners with the potential to significantly grow the HP computing business. Building and maintaining strong relationships is in the core of your talent together with business development in cooperation with a team of professionals.
University or bachelor’s degree.
Fluency in both Dutch and English is an absolute requirement
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a multinational in a commercial role
Team player with growth mindset and positive energy
Experience with business development is a must
Well-developed proven relationship skills
Good understanding of business financials is key
Pro-active attitude, willing to go the extra mile
in-depth industry knowledge and/or experience is a plus
Adept at using Microsoft office
