Bang & Partners is a brand-new procurement consultancy - and you can be part of it from the very beginning. The firm is founded and led by Thor Bang-Ellingsen, who over 13 years helped build Prokura - a Nordic procurement consultancy acquired by Kearney - into a global firm, and built its Norwegian business from the ground up. The opportunity

As a Partner at Bang & Partners, you are a co-owner and a shaper of the firm’s direction. You lead in the market, win and deliver the work that matters most, and build both the client base and the team. This is the most senior role in the firm - for someone who wants ownership, mandate, and the chance to build a lasting consultancy from the ground up.

What you will do

• Own and grow client relationships at the most senior level, and lead the firm’s most important engagements

• Drive the firm’s growth - sales, market position and reputation

• Set strategy and direction as a co-owner and member of the partnership

• Build and develop the team, and create the environment where great people do their best work

• Shape the firm’s offerings, standards and culture

• Represent Bang & Partners in the market - thought leadership, networks and senior forums

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience in procurement and/or strategic consulting, primarily or wholly from a leading consulting firm, with a senior leadership track record

• An established book of business and sales platform in the Nordic market - selling from day one

• A proven closer - you originate and win significant work

• A leader who builds teams, develops people and sets a high standard

• Strategic breadth to help steer a growing firm - and the hands-on instinct to still do the work

• Excellent communication in Norwegian and English at board and executive level

• The ambition to co-own and co-build a lasting firm

• Excited by AI as part of the craft - quick to adopt the best tools, and keen to help shape the ones we build ourselves

Procurement is our focus - but we're also open to strong supply chain profiles, an area we plan to grow.
