Job Description

A core part of Velory is our network of IT retailers. They are not just partners - they are essential to our delivery model.

Our customers buy their hardware through IT retailers via Velory, making retailers a critical part of our product and delivery. At the same time, retailers are a powerful growth engine. By reselling Velory as part of their offering, they bring new customers, new revenue, and help us scale across markets.

We have already proven that this model works. Now, we are scaling it across Europe.

We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of that journey - building relationships, driving deals forward, and closing high-impact partnerships with leading IT retailers.

This is not a role focused on managing accounts. This is a role focused on winning new partners and driving commercial outcomes.

What you will do

Your mission is clear:

Sign top-tier retailer partners across Europe and build a channel that drives revenue.

You will own the commercial process end-to-end, with a strong focus on pipeline, deal execution, and closing.

Partner acquisition across Europe

  • Identify and prioritise leading IT retailers in key European markets

  • Create and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline

  • Focus on partners with real revenue potential

Closing high-impact partnerships

  • Own the full deal cycle from first contact to signed agreement

  • Position Velory as a growth driver for retailers, enabling new customers and new revenue streams

Scaling a proven model

  • Leverage Velory’s proven retailer model and adapt it across markets

  • Identify what works and replicate success across regions

  • Contribute to building a repeatable European partner playbook

Staying close to the market

  • Bring insights from retailer conversations into product, pricing, and go-to-market

  • Continuously sharpen the pitch based on what converts

  • Stay focused on outcomes: signed partners and revenue potential

What success looks like

  • Signed partnerships with retailers that can drive meaningful revenue

  • Consistent deal velocity and high close rate

  • Expansion of Velory’s retailer footprint across key European markets

You are a commercial builder with a strong focus on closing, creating momentum and turning opportunities into signed partnerships.

  • Show ownership: You are highly commercial and driven by results, taking full responsibility for outcomes and consistently turning opportunities into real business impact

  • Manage speed: You have a strong ability to prioritise and focus on high value opportunities, moving fast and maintaining momentum in a scale up environment

  • Represent quality: You run a sharp and structured process that drives deals forward and increases close rate

  • Earn trust: You are confident in negotiations and stakeholder management, building strong relationships through clear communication and reliable follow through

  • Deliver wow: You are motivated to go beyond expectations, creating impact in ways that stand out and leave a lasting impression

Experience that helps you succeed

  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development

  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving commercial outcomes

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience working across European markets is a plus

  • Fluent in English

Strong plus

  • Experience working with IT retailers or resellers in Europe

  • Background in SaaS, IT hardware, or marketplaces

  • Experience from a startup or scale-up environment where you have had to build and move fast

  • Additional European languages
