Partner Account Manager (Ultrasound - Hospital & Ambulatory Monitoring)

Drive strategic growth through high‑impact channel partnerships by shaping partner strategy, strengthening ecosystems, and leading complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives that expand market reach and performance.


Your role:

  • Lead and grow high‑impact partner relationships, driving performance across complex, high‑revenue channel ecosystems.
  • Define and execute the Partner Sales strategy, setting mid‑ and long‑term direction, priorities, and growth plans aligned with the Go‑to‑Market approach.
  • Shape and implement partner development frameworks, from selection and onboarding to capability building and joint business planning.
  • Manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets, and timelines.
  • Strengthen partner capabilities through structured governance, innovative commercial approaches, and professional proposal methodologies.
  • Build strong internal and external networks, representing the organization at senior and executive level to influence strategic decision‑making.


You're the right fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Partner Sales, Channel Management, or Strategic Account Development, managing complex partner ecosystems with significant commercial and operational impact in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence senior executives, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and manage complex projects end‑to‑end.
  • You thrive in matrix organizations, are comfortable navigating ambiguity and regulated environments, and are passionate about developing people, partnerships, and sustainable business models.

This is a field role and we expect in-person activities either at customer locations or in the office at least 3 days a week.

The position has a national scope, with a preferred location in Milan or Rome
