Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sophisticated caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across diverse industries, delivering strategic, results-driven counsel
• Mentor and develop a team of talented associates, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented practice group
• Drive business development efforts to expand and strengthen client relationships and grow the commercial litigation practice
• Collaborate firm-wide on cross-practice opportunities to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients
• Contribute to firm leadership, culture, and strategic initiatives as a key stakeholder in Kelley Kronenberg's continued growth

Required Education & Experience

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar License, in good standing
• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Established book of business or demonstrated ability and pipeline to develop one
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes litigation matters through trial
• Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience supervising associates
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and client service
