At IDSS, our Participant Liaison Officers aren’t just coordinators — they’re our fairies
They are the people who quietly make things happen behind the scenes, remove barriers, connect the right supports, and help participants and families navigate complex systems with confidence.
We’re looking for an experienced Participant Liaison Officer (PLO) to join our Bundaberg team — someone who brings strong knowledge of NDIS and Child Safety systems, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex participant needs with professionalism and heart.
If you thrive in a fast-moving, solutions-focused environment and enjoy being part of a creative, innovative team, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Participant Liaison Officer, you will play a critical role supporting participants, families, and internal teams to ensure supports are coordinated, effective, and responsive.
You will act as a key connection point between participants, families, support workers, external stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring that supports are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with participant goals.
This role requires someone who can balance empathy with strong organisational skills, manage competing priorities, and confidently navigate complex service systems.
