Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales through product recommendation and advice based on customers' needs
• Contribute actively within the team to meet the store sales target
• Act as the brand ambassador to deliver excellent customer service
• Proactively engage with customers and handle enquiries, creating a positive shopping experience
• Retrieve stocks from stockroom
• Maintain general cleanliness and upkeep of the store

Requirements

• Able to commit at least 1 weekend per week
• Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Passion in serving customers and interest in the fashion retail industry
• Good communication skills
• People oriented and sales driven
