Our Siemens Electrical Products Turkey Industrial Engineering team undertakes significant projects in process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and implementation of lean manufacturing principles. We are looking for a senior-year student who is studying in the Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments, eager to learn and develop. This position offers the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in real-world projects and gain valuable experiences in a leading company in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Support process analysis, improvement, and optimization projects.
  • Contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Actively participate in project management activities and support documentation processes.
  • Participate in performance measurement and KPI tracking activities.
  • Provide research and development support in the digitization of systems and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a senior-year student in the Industrial or Mechanical Engineering departments of a university.
  • Good level in both written and spoken English.
  • Good level in MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Python is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills.
  • Open to learning and self-development, and responsible.
