Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Maintain cleanliness of linens, furniture, and flooring, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific resident needs
• Provide friendly and respectful interactions with residents, staff, and visitors
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or related roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and respectful attitude towards seniors
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
• Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday daytime hours
