Job Description

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing of housekeeping duties. Duties include sweeping, emptying cardboard recycling containers, transporting and replacing of plastic recycling containers, general housekeeping duties of keeping the workplace tidy.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day!

  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Ability to follow direction and change priorities
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop lift and stand for entire shift
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Basic maintenance duties.
  • Willingness to train and be certified to drive floor scrubber to clean the facility.

  • Works under moderate degree of supervision
  • Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
  • Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor

Anticipated hourly range: $20.00 per hour - $20.60 per hour based on experience (includes shift differential)
