Each service,you’llkeep a simple but important promise to residents:

Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from their doorstepsand take it to the designated disposal area.

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and take it to the on-site compactor

• Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area

• Stay active by walkingthe property, climbingstairs, and workingoutdoors during your shift

• Nolong distancetravel,bulkitemsoroff-site dumping

• Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed

• HelperPayRate$16per hour

• Truck Pay Rate: $18 per hour

• Part-TimeDaysTypically10–15+ hours per week

• No Weekends:Most schedulesrun Monday - Friday starting after 8:00 AM

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurancepreferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs

• Work around bagged trash and waste

• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
