Job Description

MSX International supports leading automotive brands worldwide, helping improve repair performance, customer satisfaction, and aftersales operations across 80+ countries

We are looking for an organized and proactive Part-Time Training & Administration Intern to support the planning, coordination, and administration of training events. The successful candidate will work closely with training managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth participant experience and efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration and coordination of training events and workshops.
  • Manage participant registrations, enrolments, confirmations, and attendance records.
  • Assist with scheduling training sessions and maintaining training calendars.
  • Coordinate communications with participants, trainers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare training materials, reports, and meeting documentation.
  • Monitor and update training-related databases and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to training managers and the wider team.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or higher education program.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, reliable, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
