Job Description

An effective telesales / telemarketer must be an excellent communicator and have great people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone.

The ideal Part Time Telesales Agent wil
l have previous sales experience in a B2B or a retention sales environment.

Hours: Flexible hours 20-30 hours a week. 3 days or part time over 5 days.

Salary:

Key responsibilities
• Outbound calling and relationship development, following up on warm sales leads
• Initiating contact, talking through the options of the service and either signing them up or appointment making for the sales manager
• Be responsible for telephone activity to engage customers
• CRM management and data entry skills
• To increase existing clients usage of products & services
