Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Perform static attribute tests and support Buyer’s Guide testing and data collection
  • Assist with performance testing, including completing track sheets and gathering vehicle data
  • Learn and execute standardized testing methods across a wide range of vehicles
  • Support vehicle fleet maintenance, including coordinating service and upkeep
  • Swap tires and wheels and operate balancing equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, upload testing data, and manage documentation across databases
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, logistical planning, and occasional travel
  • Support general operations, including archiving materials and maintaining workspace and fleet cleanliness

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Strong enthusiasm for cars with hands-on mechanical experience
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and vehicle systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow standardized testing procedures
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to pitch in on a wide range of tasks, from testing to operational support
  • In-person role based in Michigan, working up to 29 hours per week

The base salary for this role is $22 per hour. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
