Our work spans software, data, operations, and investing. As we learn more about businesses, markets, and how our organisation works, we use automation and AI to turn insight into repeatable systems.

We’re looking for a part-time Talent Sourcer / Talent Mapping Consultant to support our in-house recruitment efforts.

This role is best suited to someone with a recruitment agency background and strong familiarity with the Singapore tech talent market You’ll spend most of your time sourcing candidates, speaking with people, tracking market developments, and mapping competitor teams.

This is a 3-month contract role at 20 hours per week with flexibility around how those hours are structured.

What will I be doing?

You’ll help us build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology talent in Singapore. That includes the following:

Candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination

  • Sourcing candidates across LinkedIn, referrals, databases, events, and other channels
  • Reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Conducting short screening conversations covering suitability, motivation, compensation expectations, and availability
  • Maintaining candidate records and pipelines
  • Coordinating interviews and scheduling
  • Providing updates and feedback to the hiring team

Market mapping and research

  • Tracking hiring activity, layoffs, restructuring, funding rounds, and talent movement across the technology market
  • Mapping competitor companies, team structures, and key talent
  • Connecting with candidates from competitor companies in Singapore
  • Building talent trees and long-term candidate pipelines
  • Sharing market updates and hiring insights with the team
  • Helping the business build a stronger long-term understanding of the technology talent market

You should be comfortable using recruitment systems, sourcing tools, spreadsheets, and AI tools.

KPI expectations

This role has clear activity-based expectations, including:

  • Around 50 candidate outreaches per working day
  • Number of qualified candidates identified
  • Candidate response rates
  • Number of candidate conversations completed
  • Quality, consistency, and timeliness of candidate follow-up
  • Accuracy of candidate tracking and reporting
  • Weekly market and competitor mapping updates
  • Hiring team feedback

Requirements

What are we looking for?

You likely have:

  • 5–15 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency environment
  • Strong familiarity with the Singapore tech talent market
  • Experience recruiting across technology, fintech, digital, product, engineering, or investment-related roles
  • Strong communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders

You should be comfortable:

  • Doing daily sourcing and outreach work
  • Managing multiple searches and pipelines at once
  • Working against clear KPIs
  • Researching companies, teams, and market developments
  • Keeping records organized and up to date
  • Working independently in a small team environment

What kind of person would do well in this role?

You’re hands-on, practical, and commercially aware. You enjoy sourcing, candidate conversations, and understanding how talent moves across the technology industry.

You communicate clearly, keep information organized, and follow through consistently. You’re comfortable working independently, adapting as priorities change, and working against clear targets. You actively seek out feedback so you can improve.
