What will your responsibilities be?
Creation of Purchase Orders / Purchase Requests
Supporting benchmark activities
Update vendor master (contact data, supplier extension etc.)
Administrative activity in diverse projects up on demand (run reports, collect data..)
Upload prices into internal systems
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
University Student focusing on Finance/ Accounting/ Economy or Engineering
English language B2
Good MS- Excel, -Word, -PowerPoint knowledge
Ability to work in team, Detail oriented skills
Pro-active approach, Responsible and quick learning person
Ability to work minimum 20 hours a week for longer period (next coming year)
