The Mail and Statement Services Analyst is responsible for providing support to assist the Statement and Mail Services Department as well as the Courier and Postal Center in daily activities including data entry, mail activities, etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • (85 %) Assisting with processing address changes.

  • (5 %) Assisting with processing Nixie Reports.
  • (5 %) Assisting with Routes and being backups when required.
  • (5 %) Providing general support when team members are out. (Ex. Sorting mail, applying postage, ext.)

Required Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and administrative
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a courteous attitude when interacting with members, employees, and external contacts
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred Education & Experience (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of relevant experience

  • Sitting for prolonged periods
  • Bending/standing for prolonged periods
  • Walking for prolonged periods
  • Carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Lift up to 25 lbs
