Sous Chef (Part-Time) – Grand Villa of New Port Richey

Grand Villa of New Port Richey is seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Sous Chef to join our esteemed culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality meals that adhere to established standards and fine dining principles

- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient, safe, and sanitary food preparation and service

- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients

- Maintain consistency in food presentation and taste

- Support menu planning and contribute creative ideas to enhance resident dining experiences

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar culinary role

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a passion for fine cuisine

- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

- Culinary certification or relevant culinary education preferred
