Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing textile products according to company standards. The ideal candidate has basic sewing skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and production timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a domestic sewing machine safely and efficiently
- Sew, assemble, and finish products following patterns or instructions
- Inspect materials and finished items for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance (threading, cleaning, changing needles)
- Keep work area organized and follow safety guidelines
- Help in other related areas as needed/requested by the supervisor
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications
- Basic sewing experience required (professional or hobby-level), including how to operate a standard sewing machine
- Ability to read simple patterns or instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to sit for longer periods of time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
