Reports To: F&B Manager

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Service Crew to support daily F&B operations. The role involves providing good customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and assist with basic guest enquiries.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
• Support daily opening, closing, and operational duties.
• Assist with guest flow, reservations, and basic service recovery when needed.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow company standards, safety guidelines, and service procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, café, or restaurant operations is preferred.
• Valid food hygiene certification is preferred.
• Able to communicate well and work as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
