Performance Hyundai is currently seeking a Part-Time Service Concierge to join our dynamic team in St. Catharines. The ideal candidate will be a people person and a self-starter with strong communication skills.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Greeting customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Other duties as assigned by management

What you need to succeed:

• Must be available for the mentioned shifts: Wednesday - Friday
• Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Part Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
