We are seeking an experienced healthcare business development professional to expand our referral network, strengthen community partnerships, and grow our private-pay and veteran client base throughout San Joaquin County and surrounding communities.

Minimum Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Health, or related field preferred

âś” Minimum 5 years of healthcare business development, home care, home health, hospice, senior living, healthcare sales, or related experience

âś” Proven track record of generating referrals, developing business, and building long-term referral relationships

âś” Strong territory management, CRM, reporting, and organizational skills

âś” Existing referral relationships within San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, or surrounding counties strongly preferred

âś” Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills

✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, assisted living facilities, independent living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, veteran organizations, and community partners

• Develop and execute territory growth plans

• Conduct regular field visits, networking activities, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach events

• Identify, categorize, and manage referral accounts using Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 account strategies

• Maintain accurate CRM documentation, activity reports, referral tracking, and pipeline management

• Participate in required coaching, training, and team development programs

• Collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and service excellence goals

• Represent Shalom Family Care professionally throughout the community

Candidate Assessment Process

Final candidates will be required to:

âś… Demonstrate CRM and Reporting Competency
