
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a part time Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers following established recipes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a knowledge of various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We are looking for three evening per week. TIPS certification will be required and can be taken on site.
**Qualifications:**
- Experience as a Bartender or similar role using a POS system
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work well under pressure and cash handling skils.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant training is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve drinks and light fare menu items to customers following recipes
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to bend, stretch, and reach during the shift
- Manual dexterity for preparing garnishes and serving drinks
**Schedule:**
Evenings to include Friday and Saturday evenings, weekends, and holidays. The candidate must be flexible with their availability to accommodate the operational hours of the establishment.
