and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Part Time Sales Consultant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and demonstrate excellent communication skills. They will have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
Conducting property viewings, ensuring properties are secure after each appointment and returning keys promptly after each viewing.
Registering and qualifying applicants to assess their suitability and financial position prior to arranging viewings.
Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
Feeding back to the relevant managers and consultants on applicants’ needs and adding accurate notes to our in-house systems.
Providing a professional, friendly and efficient service to all applicants and clients.
Skills Required:
Positive engagement and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Full UK driving licence.
Own car with appropriate business use insurance (essential).
