Job Description

• Provide excellent and professional customer service to all customers.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Develop good product knowledge and effectively communicate product features, benefits and ongoing promotions.
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Assist with cashiering duties and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain neat, attractive product displays in accordance with the Company's visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, checking, transferring and organizing stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Support stocktaking and other inventory-related activities when required.
• Adhere to Company policies, procedures and retail operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Shop in Charge.
• Minimum GCE 'N' Level, GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Passionate about retail, sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commit to the agreed working schedule.
