ComForCare Home Care Rio Grande Valley is seeking a Part-Time RN to perform in-home assessments/re-assessments This role offers flexibility, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who served our country.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete bi-weekly in-home reassessments for veteran clients
• Visit approximately 12–15 clients per week
• Schedule appointments directly with clients
• Verify and update medications and health status
• Document all findings in our SwyftOps system

Compensation & Schedule

• Mileage reimbursement included
• Average monthly earnings: ~$2,000

Qualifications

• Active RN (required)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
