Job Title: Part-Time Security Officer

Location: Central Valley, NY

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Morning, Evening & Overnight schedules available | MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of personnel and property

• Enforce company policies and procedures

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely manner

• Prepare accurate and detailed incident and activity reports

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid New York State Security Guard License

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Prior security experience preferred, but not required

• Strong observational and communication skills

• Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight shifts

• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
