What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with customers in the shopping centre and encouraging them to complete a free 5‑minute hearing check
• Building rapport with new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• Explaining hearing check results (full training provided) and guiding customers on next steps
• Reconnecting with previous customers and new leads via phone
• Supporting store targets and KPIs through consistent, quality customer interactions
• Managing customer records and completing basic administrative tasks (Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Assisting the Store Manager with general store duties

Who We're Looking For

• Someone reliable, professional, and genuinely committed to showing up and doing great work
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people of all ages
• A warm, outgoing personality that makes customers feel comfortable and supported
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following structured processes
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late‑night trade
• Experience in healthcare, medical reception, allied health, education, retail, or sales is highly regarded

Week 1: Week 1-Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri (10:00 am to 4:30 pm), Week 2-Mon, Tues & Fri (10:00 am to 4:30 pm), Thurs (9:00 am to 3:30 pm)
