Job Description

• Providing world-class service excellence and customer experience at all times drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Alerts management of potential security issues.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Be the company’s front-line ambassador to uphold the company’s branding and image.
• Housekeeping and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines provided by the management
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisors or Managers in charge.

Requirements

• Above minimum legal age of 21 years old due to sale and supply of tobacco products
• Strong customer service skills
• Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• A good team player, mature and self-driven
