We are looking for a highly motivated, guest-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at the Marriott Colorado Springs. If you are someone who brings natural warmth to every interaction, takes pride in knowing your craft, and genuinely loves the art of hospitality, we want to meet you.
As a Restaurant Server, you are the face of our restaurant and the single most important variable in our guests’ dining experience. From the moment guests are seated to the moment they sign their check, everything that happens at that table flows through you. You will need to know the menu deeply enough to guide guests through it with genuine enthusiasm, handle special requests without missing a beat, collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams, and resolve concerns in a way that leaves guests walking out happier than they expected.
