AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Animal Nutritional Physiology research group is seeking part-time research assistants. Possible activities include supporting laboratory work, dairy nutrition experiments, or both based on the candidate's interests.
Duties range from assisting with and conducting laboratory assays, including colorimetric plasma assays, RNA and DNA extraction and PCR analysis, and preparing samples for fatty acid analysis, assisting with organizing materials for experiments, and assisting with feeding and collecting samples from dairy cows. Training will be provided. Hours negotiable from 5 to 24 hours per week.
