As the face of Newmedica Plymouth within the local healthcare and optical community, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with optometrists, GPs, referral management teams, Local Optical Committees (LOCs), and other key stakeholders.
You'll spend much of your time engaging directly with our referrers across Devon and Cornwall, promoting patient choice, supporting service awareness, and ensuring partners are kept up to date with our referral pathways and service developments.
Working closely with local colleagues and our central marketing and engagement teams, you'll develop and implement targeted engagement plans that increase NHS and private patient referrals while strengthening Newmedica's reputation within the community.
