This part-time position offers a flexible
three-day weekday schedule
, meaningful patient relationships, provider autonomy, and extensive clinical and operational support. You will serve adult and geriatric residents who often have limited access to specialized psychiatric services.

Responsibilities include:

• 
  Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, consultations, and follow-up visits
• 
  Diagnose and manage psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
• 
  Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• 
  Prescribe, monitor and adjust psychotropic medications
• 
  Evaluate treatment response, medication effectiveness, side effects and behavioral stability
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, social workers, residents and families
• 
  Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• 
  Educate residents, caregivers and staff regarding diagnoses, medications and behavioral interventions
• 
  Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and resident-centered care
• 
  Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation
