Part-Time Production & Installation Specialist (Entry Level)

Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life? Join our growing FASTSIGNS of Clermont team! This entry-level, part-time position offers hands-on training, the chance to work with a variety of equipment, and the opportunity to move to full-time after a 90-day probationary period.

What You’ll Do

• Produce and finish signs and graphics
• Weed, tape, mount, laminate, and prep vinyl
• Assist with interior and exterior installations
• Support workflow, organization, and quality control
• Operate equipment including large format printer, vinyl plotter, laminator, and Safety Speed Saw
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

No prior experience required . We train motivated team members!


Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Graphic design experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in print, fabrication, or hands-on production

• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Compensation

$17–$20/hr, depending on experience and skill level
Potential for increased hours and full-time employment after 90 days
