Job Description

Location: Rahway, New Jersey
Pay: $15.23–$16.50 per hour, based on experience and availability
Schedule: Part-time, with the potential for future full-time consideration

HOA is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Porter to assist with the daily cleanliness and general upkeep of its residential building.

Responsibilities:

  • Remove trash and recycling
  • Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, elevators, lobby areas, and stairwells
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other general cleaning duties
  • Assist with basic building upkeep and maintenance tasks
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Provide courteous assistance to residents and building staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Prior porter, janitorial, maintenance, or residential-building experience preferred
  • Comfortable performing physical work and remaining on your feet throughout the shift
  • Professional and respectful when interacting with residents and staff

This is a part-time position with the potential for consideration for a full-time role based on performance, experience, availability, and the needs of the building.
