Job Summary:

Geisinger is seeking an exceptional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Huntingdon, PA.

Job Duties:

Geisinger Community Medicine has much to offer, allowing you to live well in both your professional and personal life:

• Forty-minute appointments for our senior patient population
• Daily huddles with all care team members to review essential information about schedules, patients, resource needs, and coordination of care
• Pharmacists to assist with patient education and medication management
• Care managers, health managers, clinic health associates, and coding educators work collaboratively with providers
• Increased access to care by means of eVisits, patient portals, and Geisinger’s ConvenientCare urgent care clinics
