Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured phone screens with prospective candidates.
  • Assess experience and qualifications against defined requirements.
  • Explain the opportunity and answer general candidate questions.
  • Document accurate screening notes in the recruitment system.
  • Recommend qualified candidates for recruiter follow-up.
  • Maintain timely communication and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, candidate screening, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills.
  • Professional telephone presence and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and work independently.
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
