Job: Part-Time Personal and Executive Assistant

Schedule: About 30 hours per week, part-time

Location: Office / Remote / Hybrid

About the Role

We're hiring a part-time personal and executive assistant to support with calendar, email, administrative work, and household tasks. The ideal person is organized, dependable, and discreet.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invitations, prepare meeting agendas, and share a daily or weekly summary
  • Email: Sort the inbox, flag urgent items, draft routine replies for approval, and track follow-ups
  • Executive Support: Prepare meeting materials, take notes, track action items, organize files, and coordinate travel and logistics
  • Household: Do laundry, light housekeeping, errands, and scheduling of household services

Requirements

  • Experience as an executive, administrative, or personal assistant preferred
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Reliable, punctual, and discreet with confidential information
  • Able to handle light physical tasks such as laundry and tidying
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if errands are included)
