You’ll be an important part of our friendly team, supporting patients and ensuring a smooth, professional, and stylish experience every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding, friendly service to all patients and visitors
• Use your fashion sense to help patients choose frames that suit their style and needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in eyewear trends, lenses, and accessories
• Assist with optical workshop procedures including adjustments, repairs and quality control
• Keep the practice looking tidy, polished, and welcoming

About You

• A team player with a bright, positive attitude
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people
• Retail or optical customer service experience is ideal
• Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is a bonus, but not essential
