We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant to support our daily administrative and logistical operations in our Decatur, AL office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office work and local errands, and who thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform local errands, including visits to the post office and bank
  • Pick up and drop off IT equipment to clients
  • Receive, inspect, and check in incoming equipment shipments
  • Update and maintain inventory records in our internal database
  • Follow up with customers on recently closed support issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide general clerical support in the office
  • Contact clients to set appointments
  • Assist the Operations Manager with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a background check

Work Environment:

  • Onsite role based in Decatur, AL
  • Flexible part-time schedule (20–25 hours per week)
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment
