Presently this position requires on-site support 3 days a week totalling about 15-20 hours for collaboration, teamwork, and business needs. The status and minimum in-office requirements are subject to change based on evolving business needs.
We are looking for a friendly, organized Office Manager to support our West Middlesex team in our collaboration space on designated in person days. In this role, you will be the welcoming presence that helps our workdays run smoothly. You will assist with general office tasks, provide light administrative support, and jump in on ad hoc projects that help keep our teams moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an inviting environment, staying on top of details, and working in a flexible, part time schedule.
