Job Title: Part-Time Office Assistant
Location: East Brunswick, NJ
Schedule: 10 hours per week (approximately 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday; schedule flexible)
Compensation: $22–$28 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is ideal for someone looking for a flexible, part-time schedule and who enjoys maintaining an organized, professional workplace.
Responsibilities
• Stock and organize pantry, kitchen, and breakroom supplies
• Monitor office supply inventory and restock as needed
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
• Coordinate incoming deliveries and vendor visits
• Set up and maintain conference rooms and common areas
• Ensure office spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist with light administrative and office support tasks
• Support office events and employee meetings as needed
• Identify office maintenance or supply needs and report them promptly
Qualifications
• Prior office, administrative, hospitality, or facilities experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry office supplies and packages (up to 25 lbs)
