Job Description

Kunes Auto Group – one of the fastest-growing automotive dealership groups in the Midwest, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Sycamore Auto Mall dealership.

This role works closely with the Office Manager and dealership leadership team to ensure organized office operations, and smooth day-to-day administrative support across departments.

What You’ll Do

As an Office Administrator, you’ll play an important role in supporting dealership administrative operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Stock in new and used vehicles, including entering vehicle information into the dealership management system and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Enter parts invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile and balance parts statements against vendor invoices, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems for vehicle, parts, and general office records
• Assist with general office and clerical duties as needed, including answering phones, processing paperwork, and supporting other departments
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Office Administration experience is required
• Ability to work Mon - Fri 9:00 - 12:00 is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with and learning various auto software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
