Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Join our acute care team and make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and outcomes. Under the direction of the rehabilitation leadership team, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating and treating patients in the hospital setting. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting services in accordance with regulatory and departmental standards, collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams, and maintaining established productivity expectations.

Salary: $56.18 - $73.99 per hour

Job Qualifications

  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) required.
  • Acute care experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including sharing knowledge, giving and receiving constructive feedback, taking initiative to assist colleagues, solving problems effectively, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Candidates with more than two years of relevant occupational therapy experience may qualify for the Occupational Therapist II (OT II) title.

As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
