Pay: $37.97/HR –$53.58/HR

Pay is based on licensed nursing experience.

Schedule: Part-Time | NOC (Overnight) Shift

Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a part-time overnight opportunity? South Hills Rehabilitation Center in Eugene is looking for a dedicated LPN to join our supportive nursing team on the NOC shift, Thursday through Saturday.

What You'll Do

As an LPN on our overnight team, you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care throughout the night. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing resident needs and monitoring changes in condition
• Providing direct nursing care and ensuring residents' needs are met
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervising CNAs and other care team members in the delivery of nursing services
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicating changes in resident condition to appropriate members of the care team
• Following applicable state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life
• Working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oregon
• Ability to assess resident needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Knowledge of individualized care planning and nursing practices
• Ability to supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other healthcare team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, dependability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to work independently and effectively during the overnight shift
• Commitment to following state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing care
• Newly licensed LPNs are welcome to apply!
