Better Me is part of the TAL Education Group, one of the largest leading Edtech companies that focuses on online enrichment education, listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
We are seeking for passionate tutors who can coach Primary School Mathematics.
- Guide students on learning materials, observe learning habits and clarify doubts timely.
- Teaching preparation, pre-class preparation, and course delivery (motivating students interest in learning, cultivating students' learning habits).
- Feedback on student's learning situation to parents regularly, such as learning challenges and offering study tips.
- Committed to optimising and iterating the service/product strategy of the store (e.g. Holiday Camp classes).
Requirements
- No experience needed, but prior experience in the same industry or other related work is a plus.
- Minimally an 'A' Levels qualification or higher.
- Have a good understanding of educational products; good at communication; have channel development and organization implementation capabilities.
- Passionate about education; possess strong affinity and responsibility
Schedule:
- Tuesday to Sunday
- 2-3 days a week, and at least one weekend availability
- Minimum commitment of 4 months
